Not only were the connections from air travel to shuttle to ferry perfectly timed, but the itinerary was so clear and detailed we never once questioned our location or check in requirements. Deciding to visit San Juan Island was easy. The thought of traveling there with 3 kids all under the age of 12 was not. Jeanne booked our round-trip transportation from the Bay Area. We flew, drove and took the ferry with hardly any waiting in-between. The trip was so smooth! The best part for us really was the ferry. The kids grabbed a treat in the snack bar and then we enjoyed the views on our way into the Island. Ms. Palmer provided us with detailed information on how to reach San Juan Island as part of our driving tour of the Northwest. Our excellent accommodations were reserved and waiting, just a few blocks away from town. She laid out a very comprehensive island touring schedule for us -- even arranging our lunch and dinner reservations! The weather was great and the views magnificent. My husband and I were looking for a short vacation that would give us a well deserved rest as well as an interesting and different experience. The flight skimmed over the San Juan Islands providing us with spectacular views, arriving in our destination of Friday Harbor in only one hour. Friday Harbor was charming! Our four day treat included Whale Watching and our first experience in Kayaking. All of our arrangements where set in motion by Jeanne. No wasted time with missed connections!
