Billing Information
Transportation and/or reservation fees will be charged to the credit card you
provide and will be charged separately for each company used.
Island Time Travel's non-refundable concierge fee is $95.00 per itinerary. The charge
for the concierge service fee will appear on your statement as:
"ISLANDTIMET" The credit card you provide may be used to hold,
or purchase, any air, lodging, rental car, activity or restaurant
reservations; your card must be presented at the
time of check-in. Any issues related to reservations or charges
made by individual companies will be between you and the company
used.

Travel reservations and/or charges are based on information
provided by the individual company used.
Island Time Travel is a personal concierge service and is not
responsible for any interruption in reserved travel due to delays,
cancellations, errors, or schedule changes implemented by the
individual company used. The company used is solely responsible
for its services to you the user.
Island Time Travel shall not be liable for any damages or costs
of any type arising out of or in any way connected with your
use of the services of the transportation or lodging company.
Changes, made to confirmed reservations by you the user, will
be made based on the restrictions and policies of the company
used. Any fee or penalties imposed by the company used will
be the responsibility of you the user.
